Kerala Lottery Prize Claim Rules

If you hold a ticket that matches one of the prize tiers listed above, the formal claim process depends entirely on your total winnings:

Up to ₹5,000

Winnings of ₹5,000 or below can be claimed instantly in cash from any authorized, licensed lottery agent located anywhere in Kerala.

₹5,001 to ₹1 Lakh

Prizes within this range require submitting the ticket along with standard ID proofs to the District Lottery Officer in any district.

Above ₹1 Lakh

Grand prizes above ₹1 Lakh must be claimed by submitting the original ticket, passport-size photographs, and bank details to the Director of State Lotteries in Thiruvananthapuram.
